Excitement is building in Year 3 with the students counting down the days till we move into the new building, with a classroom close to the slide as a top pick.
It is great to see our students so thrilled to be back at school for some fun filled learning in Term 2, with a special welcome back to those who have been learning from home.
Our return to school has seen our learners reflecting on their achievements during Term One. Some of the highlights were learning about Statistics in Maths, Bees in ISTEAM, Swimming, Electricity in Science, and we cannot forget the biggest prank ever on April Fools Day. There were many unhappy children when they found out they didn’t really have to cut and measure the grass with scissors.
Sea Week was celebrated by learning about how we can help our waterways become free from pollution. Many classes culminated their learning with some ocean art.
