The Middle School have been busy this term, learning about measurement units in Maths and ISTEAM lessons. Classes have been investigating time, weight, length, capacity, money and much more!
Room M1 had a paper plane challenge, working to design an aerodynamic perfect paper plane. Competition was fierce and fun! M3 investigated the amount of sugar in coca cola, orange juice and milk, thinking carefully about the effects of too much sugar.
Students in Room 25 have enjoyed hands on measuring tasks, working collaboratively to record and complete activities. Everyone was full of smiles and enthusiasm, as can be seen in the photograph of our students actively participating in this exciting measurement lesson.
